#beginquote# #beginquote# I got 2 Weimar trumpets on ebay. Granted, they do not produce the same quality sound as my $2000 professional horn, but all in all, I was actually quite impressed with how well they played. In my personal opinion, for the money, this is really a great horn. For middle school, and some high school students who are just getting started, or are not too serious about playing yet, its not a bad horn at all. I can still hit low notes, and pretty high notes really pretty easy with this horn. Again, this is in no means a professional horn, and so if you are expecting such, then you'll have to fork out a LOT more money. Although, if you are looking for a pretty good horn, at a pretty good price, I'd recommend it. #endquote# The problem with horns of this type is the durability factor that a beginning student puts on an instrument. If you have 2 $2000 horns, you know how to handle them. Also my brass teacher in college could play a Bach Strad and piece of junk behind a screen and we couldn't tell which was which. My point is that you can play it well because you're a good player. #endquote#
