No, no, that's not it. No steak and fried fatty cuts of pork. I found that very recipe for making jerky and here https://www.bigwigjerky.com.au/beef-jerky-dehydrator/ read how to make a dehydrator at home. More specifically, I made one out of a fruit dryer. It didn't have enough power, but it took me three days to make that most popular dish, beef jerky chips. Mmmm, a pint of beer, lemon juice, you can bring wine for the wife and turn on the fireplace with your favorite TV show. How long have I dreamed of coming out of retirement to cook such goodies.
