No, Wikipedia does not allow any controversial topic that promotes negativity about the brand, company, or any person. The Wikipedia page creator is instructed to follow all the policies and guidelines strictly. The creators always create the finest Wikipedia page as they know all the policies and procedures, and they are trained and experienced in their field. They also work for third-party and some agencies that provide Wikipedia page creation services. People hire them, and they are also available for assistance and guidance. Most institutions and individuals prefer to hire page creators and have a Wikipedia page flaunting all about them.
