It seems to me that it makes no sense to go abroad to study. The entire world recognizes the American certificate. Students from other countries spend years learning English to study in the United States. Some of them can't understand it all the way and stay in their own country. My little sister dreams of studying in the USA. In addition to the tutor, she looks at Sentence Stack every night. She wants to learn grammar and idioms in the shortest period possible. I am sure she will succeed.
