The order of sharps are f,c,g,d,a,e,b
the sharp keys are
GM- 1#
DM- 2#
AM- 3#
EM- 4#
BM- 5#
C#M- 6#
F#M- 7#
The reason C# and F# are called # is because the notes are already sharped in the key signature. No other reason.In the others those note names AREN"T sharped hence no # in the name.
The same reason applies to flat keys. Bb is called flat because B is flatted in the key signature.
