Okay, now I was wondering how I could get my songs down on paper in music notation.
I have trouble with rhythym and triplets, and all that time sig stuff, so what would be an effective way to do this, or what kind of tools can I use??
I guess the question is on every time sig, which beats get the strong and weak beats?
And how do you feel those beats, especially in complicated rhythyms in my head??

Musictheory.net, is a good resource for lessons.

the strong beat Usually is on the one. So you feel the ONE two three four, in 4/4. Count it, wait for the stronger beat, then go from there.

sorry if this didnt help to much, i really didn't understand the question to much
