Vivace is rather quick. The musical example I heard was about quarter=130 or so. That's not all that fast a mm marking,but playing it any faster and trying to play the 16th runs would almost be impossible. What is really remarkable about the piece is using only the black keys and not making it sound oriental.
Thanks with that tempo but for that 5 beats thing, even the grouping in the manuscript is of 6 sixteenth notes, so it must be either hexatuplets or triplets (bcoz the timing is either common time or cut time (i'm not quite sure: wikipedia has this statement) => there must be a use of tuplets)
