I recently purchased a couple of Yahama Keyboards, one of which is a PSS-470 and the other a PSR-11. My question is " On what instrument is it easier to learn on, Keyboard, Piano or Organ? or does it matter?

Registered: 5/26/2004 | posted: 8/7/2007 at 1:21:25 AM ET Since reading the notes and playing them are basically the same, it doesn't matter. If you are talking about a concert organ with multiple manuals then piano is definitely easier.

Registered: 10/10/2007 | posted: 10/10/2007 at 4:54:52 PM ET On a keyboard all you will get is a "tweaked" sound no matter if you play it in piano mode, organ mode, or violin. All it is giving you is the same exact style of playing as a piano (same notes & all), just with different sounds.
