The best wood clarinet for the least amount of dollars.
My daughter, 13 years old, wants to take up the clarinet.I bought her (2 years ago) an intermediate Yamaha flute model 684. I also bought her an Emerson student flute for stage band class. She plays the flute and the piano "fairly" well.
Hopefully, as you can see by the above history, I don't want to get stuck with a bunch of expensive instruments
Thanks!

Usually when students change this soon and often they never really get accomplished at any instrument. i had a friend in college who was an incredible player, but because he never settled an any one instrument really struggled as a player.
Hoever, to answer your question, the LBlanc Normandy 4 is a good wood clarinet. Best inexpensive wood horm around in my opinion.
