I assume you mean Selmer. I would go with the Selmer.

I have a question here.

For a beginner guitar player would you suggest: Carlo Robelli 3/4 size acoustic guitar, it's all wooden construction and rosewood fingerboard.

I don't know as of yet whether the strings are steel or nylon?

Really would like to hear some feedback before making this purchase. What's your take.

Thanks much, much

I am not familiar with this particular brand, but unless you are very much into Classical guitar, I would suggest a steel string.

I would look less at the name brand and more at the condition of the instrument (along with the price). You will have plenty of time to get a high dollar, brand new instrument once you know for sure if you will be doing this for a while. A good artist will not need a name brand to sound good, just a good instrument. However, I have a selmer trumpet and it truly is a great sounding instrument.
