Hi, I know musicians use a double bar to indicate sixteenths, or four notes per beat, so would a triple bar indicate thirty-seconds and are they eight notes per beat, how would you count them?

32nds are rarely used. If they are it is usually in very slow music, as ornamentation (grace notes), or in 8th time signatures (3/8, 6/8, 12/8 )where they are 4 notes per beat. They are 8 notes per beat in a 4 time sig.(2/4, 3/4, 4/4).
