accordion key combinations, what does FBbEb stand for? What about GCF? Is this a tone for an accordion, or a note? Is the letter "b" (small caps) a flat note?

I don't know how to play accordion, but I would bet that the lower case b's you are asking about are supposed to be flats.

It sounds like you are talking about playing a chord (FCG) but then again you are also moving in intervals (the notes F to Bb to Eb and G to C to F are each a perfect 4th apart). If you can elaborate a bit more on what you are looking at and trying to do we can probably help you out more.
