in a marching band, baritone is the hardest instruement to play. i say this because it is 7 lbs and you have to hold it up in front of you, and play!

I've heard it said that the harp is the most difficult instrument to master. Having watched Harpo Marx play it in the old Marx Brothers Movies, it was absolutely amazing!

oboe is deffinatly the hardest instrument french horn also is very hard

Accordian and banjo are the hardest to play....

Well i think the flute is the hardest because of all the buttons and the way you blow into it takes a lot of practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well any instrument is hard and takes lots of practice. all instruments can be easy to play, but what makes is hard is the practice and the difficulty level you want to play at.

but drums/organ have to be pretty hard- think about all the co-ordination and independent movement of feet and hands- argh!
