Hello, I have sort of an interesting question. I was thinking of it as being like a musicians steroid or something, but anyway , here it is. Is there some sort of vitamin that helps in quicker thinking and something like faster muscle movement for fingers? I imagine that there is something that does at least one of the two, but if any of ya'll know about something like that, please post me back.

I think it would be practice, practice and more practice to gain speed and agility. It could also be temperment.

Some people have a natural ability to move fast and some neither fast or slow, somewhere in the middle.

Speed isn't as important as developing the correct technique in whatever instrument you are learning to play.

Anyway that's my two-cents worth. Hope it's of some help.
