I was checking out 8notes.com, another music site for some guitar instruction, and there is also a music forum there. One of the questions posted was who is the best rock band? without breaking rock into different catagories, I don't think this question can truly be answered. The question also excluded the Beatles as one of the choices. Personally, I don't really have an opinion on the best rock band, because even though rock is probably my favorite type of music, it's a close one between that and classical, I like different groups from different styles of rock. For example, Yes is my fovorite in the art rock catagory. It would be quite difficult to list all the styles, and the the representative bands from each. Then there are the bands which cross into more than one. Any other opinions out there?

I change my opinion every day. These guys are better, no these guys, no....huh.
Right now, since I just broke my Third Eye Blind CD, they are my favorite, 'cause I can't listen to them. Boo hoo.
