The problem is, it's a 24 fret neck, and I'm not sure if we are tuning it properly. I was wondering if the low string is supposed to be aan E, or possibly a C#. If anyone has any info, we would be grateful. Thanks, Don
I am intwersted in learning to distinguish the difference between all the different musical key signiatures. Does your site contain any of this info, since I compose music, and don't have a good background in reading music? Thanks, Don

It's an E, Don. E A D G for the strings low to high.
Clever kid, by the sound of it.

I did look on line before I posed my question, but there was nothing regarding 24 fret bassses. It really sounds great, and he did a good job building it. It was especially cool since the body was made from walnut from a tree I cut down about 25 years ago. Thanks again for your help, Don
