He/she doth protest too much, which means, at least to me, that somewhere deep down that you really like music - it's a matter of finding out the type of music that you would like to hear.
For me, I've always loved music, it brings me happiness, dance, it's just hard to explain. My favorite is classical music, but I love musical comedy, Roger and Hammerstien, Leonard Bernstein plus so many others, also popular music, dixie land, jazz, who knows it just brings joy and happiness it's very hard for me to put how I feel into words.
Give music a chance. Put on the radio and change the dial until you come across something that gets your attention - give it a chance. Listen for short periods of time and gradually add listening time - I'll bet you'll be singing a tune one day.
Somewhere deep down you probably like music -you found this happy-go-lucky-group. Please keep in touch, let us know how things are going.
