1b=F 1#= G
2b=Bb 2#= D
3b=Eb 3#= A
4b=Ab 4#= E
5b=Db 5#= B
6b=Gb 6#= F#
7b=Cb 7#= C#
no # or b is C
Here are the minor keys
1b= d 1#= e
2b= g 2#= b
3b= c 3#= f#
4b= f 4#= c#
5b= bb 5#= g#
6b= eb 6#= d#
7b= ab 7#= a#
Major keys are always in upper case. Minor keys are always lower case. Trust me that they are different.

For sharps you can figure the major key you are in by going a half step above the sharp sign. For example, a half step above the F# is a G and that is the only sharped note in that major scale.
For flats the trick works if you have 2 or more in the key signature. Go to the next to last flat and that is the scale it is based on. For example the Ab major scales has 4 flats Bb, Eb, Ab, Db. Ab is the next to last flat!
