Practice is the only way.

Make some flash cards or something. Draw a treble clef staff with a note on it somewhere, and write the answer on the back. Once you get good with the treble clef, you can add in the bass clef (and if you're really ambitious, or if you want to learn to play the viola, you can add in the alto clef too!). Once you're good with both of those, add in some accidentals (sharps and flats). By this time, you should know all the notes well enough to be able to pick up any piece of music and tell what the notes are... if you know how key signatures work, but that's another thread!
