Enter your search terms Submit search form   Web datadragon.com Author Topic:   Rare trumpet or cornet Anonymous Anonymous Poster From Internet Network: 24.118.200.x posted: 11/15/2004 at 4:56:55 PM ET I’ve never seen anything like this before and couldn’t find anything on the internet.   I have a friend (not a trumpet player) who has a 1943 DuoTone Trumpet?   It looks like more of a cornet but has one horizontal valve on the upper left hand side towards the bell and one rotary valve back by where the 1st valve slide normally is.   Does anybody know about this or where we could find info?   Thanks for you help.   maintube Registered User Registered: 5/26/2004 posted: 11/16/2004 at 12:54:37 PM ET Check at: http://bandmuseum.tripod.com/id4.html Jerry Horne knows about all those wierd instruments.
