Is there a easier way to memorize music or do you just have to keep practicing?

Memorize in small bits first. Also, look for repeated sections.

Working on your ear training skills will help- it has a big part to do with memorizing. If you know exactly how the song is supposed to sound, it will help you along as you try to play from memory. Also, set goals to memorize 1-2 lines per day- before you know it, you'll have it all done!
