I want to transpose a flute part to a clairnet. How do I do it?

same as oboe, but remember that clarinet can't play as pretty as flute in the uper register so you might want to consider dropping it a octave.

When the clarinet plays "C" it sounds as a concert "Bb," so when transposing a flute part to clarinet, you must raise the pitch by one whole step.
