Can I anyone tell me whether or not you play the low E string when playing a C Major chord? I'm a bit confused. I'm on a sort of waiting list for lessons so I can't ask a teacher but I want to learn some guitar anyway now that I've got a guitar - anyway I found two C Major chord shapes (one in a book, one on site) and one say you don't play Low E (the site) and one says you do, so ... I'm confused! Anybody know?
