ok ive played the flute for 2 years (6th & 7th grade) and stopped for a year to dance. Now i am starting to play again. So I just played a piece of music and my E natural won't come out. I have the fingering as Left Hand: Thumb,1st finger,2nd finger,3rd finger, no pinky.
Right Hand: 1st finger,2nd finger, pinky. Every other note works so is my fingering wrong or is something wrong with my flute?

several sites have fingerings. Go to a search engine and put in Flute fingerings and you will get many. Most likely the 3rd key of you right hand is sticking or hanging causing it to play d rather than e. A good repairmann or your band director can fix this.
