So I just played a piece of music and my E natural won't come out. I have the fingering as Left Hand: Thumb,1st finger,2nd finger,3rd finger, no pinky.
Right Hand: 1st finger,2nd finger, pinky. Every other note works so is my fingering wrong or is something wrong with my flute?

Most likely the 3rd key of you right hand is sticking or hanging causing it to play d rather than e. A good repairmann or your band director can fix this.
