i have played the flute for 3 years and im really getting tired of it. i want to switch to percussion but i need to know if it is hard or not.

It really only depends on the type of person...I played flute in 6th grade band,and played the drums in 7th,the snare is kinda easy,but remember,there is more to drums except snare,u have the bass,the set,and sumtimes,you have to play almost the whole percussion section in some bands.I am switching back to flute tomorrow in band,cuz the drum i play is bass,and its too small,and i was born with my dads back problems.whole

percussion players need to be able to count accurately and constantly as well as be able to play all of the percussion instruments.
