is it possible that i can change and music score thats in 4/4 to 3/4 any info would be appreciated really thanks

i forgot to mention that im doing an score on an hank williims your cheatin hearts as an midi file
but im thinking mabe in 3/4 as suppose to 4/4 not sure if i can do this i know the tempo has to be change alot slower than the 4/4 Please any info please thanks

Doesn't have to slower, but note values will change. half to quarter and whole to half or dotted half.
