Well, you know. Do is the tonic (the first note in the scale, or first scale degree) Re is the second scale degree, Mi is the third, and etc. If you need to know for a specific key, the tonic is going to be the note the key is named after. For instance, F major. Do would be F, Re would be G, Mi would be A, Fa would be Bb, So would be C, and so on. I hope I answered your question.
